R we all jumping the gun here? As of this moment Ole is still at the helm although I do reluctantly admit he is struggling and seems out of his depth.
Loads of names are being bandied about regarding replacements but would these guys want to manage here? The board/owners expectations are that we return to the Prem at the end of this season, that's a big ask and IMO only a couple of the aforementioned managers would be capable of achieving that.
The circus rumbles on.

Pulis at 1/2 is no surprise, either someones put a shit load of money on him or they've received a shit load of bets. Just added 2+2 together. Plus I'm sure he's in Asia or WAS after typing his name into Twitter

Yes, he's the obvious candidate, so has had a lot of money put on him. The fact that he has been in Malaysia over the past 24 hours has added to that.

Looking at the team body language on the pitch, I think we should go for a manager who has a hard, blunt manner who has good tactical ability.

Number one choice for me would be Hoddle.
Number two choice for me would be Terry Butcher
Number three would be Paulo de cannio
Number four would be Neil Lennon

Not every bodies favorites but I just feel that we need a good organizer with a sharp tongue and big boot !!

I feel for Ole, he is just too nice - the players should take a long hard look at themselves too - bloody prima dona's !!

Blooobirds Forever !!!

David moyes. I never thought of that!

Actually, before I saw the list I thought Mc Dermott.

Thanks Ole - nice try :ole:

I think any type of football that has made a team Champions could work again so why not have another Malky type football manager... We may not of obliterated every team under Malky but we played with confidence. If it gets us wins, we go up the league. :old:

Terry Butcher!! Words escape me!

Hibs season ticket holder here. He single handily relegated Hibs with is archaic approach to football. He's a football dinosaur and an outright bully. He never deserves to get another job in football again.

Maybe I got that one wrong mate and as you say, you are on the pulse as a Hibs season ticket holder.

I thought, Butcher, as a bit of a bully he may kick the ass of some of the overpaid under performing prima dona's in our dressing room. But, yes you need respect as well - it's a strange mix of things that a quality manager needs to get the best out of players. We used to have it for years here but we lost it. Don't know what the answer is mate?

Realistically, we have no chance to bag Hoddle.

But historically we have done well over the years with Scottish managers. What do you think of Lennon?

Without reservation Butcher is the worst manager I have ever seen. Came in and immediately told half the squad they are not good enough and employed tactics where all players were to put the ball forward as often as possible. Total lack of support for young players at the club and in the case if Alex Harris who was on his way back from injury butcher allegedly told him he was the worst player he'd seen and Alex parents had to intervene and tried to buy his contract out because Butcher was screaming at Harris and punishing him for no reason. Pleased to see the back of him and Malpas but makes me sick he is still on the payroll.

I think Lennon would be decent, he's not well liked but I believe he would do a good job.
