We could be 200/1 and I still wouldn't punt on it.

We are further away this year than we have been since the turn of the decade in my opinion.

I think the odds are crap for a side that has absolutely no chance of winning the title this season.

Rubbish odds, we look like a mid table team, 40/1 would be a more realistic price imo.

I would not bet on City at 50/1 to win it.

But the top teams in the division are stronger and we aren't that much better. A season of mid table obscurity awaits.

No more than a £5 but don't let anyone else on here influence your decision, seeing Burnley go back up surprised me enough even with the quality they got.
I will.

I wouldn't put a couple of quid at 1,000/1 for us to be winners.

Realistically, based on the others teams in the Division it would be miraculous if we made the play offs. Based on our current squad and some other teams there's more chance of a City fan being on the next rocket to the space station than us winning the Division. but football is a funny game!

I think it is impossible to predict that closely but I think those odds could be dropping quite considerably by Christmas. If everyone pulls together and works as a unit who knows. A new Manager with something to prove, a good pre season, a reasonably good group of players who become tight knit and pull together and anything can happen!

Who knows they could suprise us :ayatollah: :bluescarf:

We can get into Play offs but we are a million miles away from winning it and like I said we are further away now than we have possibly ever been.

Getting promoted and winning the league are two very different things when you're betting.

And no one in their right mind would have bet on Leicester last year at 1000/1 to win PL.

It was 5000/1 and just because Leicester did it doesn't mean Cardiff will.

Can see us being 6th-8th just look at the other teams around us at the quality they're buying while were gambling on every signing trying to uncover gems that were buying with buttons.Even bristol is outdoing us on the transfer front ffs

Point is he is trying to make out that it's easy to write us off when we haven't even kicked a ball and don't know how we will play and get results.
