Managers better than Ismael won't work for Tan or Tan won't pay the money. Get real.

In fairness his win percentage has mostly been around the 40 percent mark or higher wherever he has been. Even at wba it was 38 so alot better than what we've had recently.

A new man entered the fray yesterday in the shape of former West Brom boss Valerien Ismael. He is now second favourite with bookmakers at 4/1, still behind frontrunner Neil Warnock.

Valerien Ismael's name appeared yesterday and he is an intriguing one.

He's currently second favourite.

Neil Warnock - 1/2

Valerien Ismael - 4/1

Liam Manning - 9/2

Darren Moore - 16/1

Dean Whitehead - 16/1

Sol Bamba - 18/1

Dean Smith - 20/1

Mark Warburton - 20/1

Anthony Barry - 33/1
