Handicap Betting

anybody do this? i might give it a go, am i right in thinking for example

cardiff (+1) means that on your bet that they are 1-0 up? and (-1) 1-0 down? therefore have to win by 2 to win on your bet? thought i would ask to be sure before i do a bet using it, and do you think they are worth it?

Yes that is correct, i use it quite alot and the odds are alot better for say a very short odds on fav of about 1/3 on can get it for about even money on handicap
