We hear this phrase so often.

But who are the first THREE names on the team sheet for you?

Morrison, Ralls and Etheridge are the 3 for me. Hoilet and Bamba very close aswell

If these 3 play well in the same game I think we'll beat anyone in the division

Hoilett - the best attacking player in our team without doubt and no one else in the squad could replace him.
Morrison - the glue that holds the team together as proved over Christmas.
Ralls - our best midfielder

It's been proved that Bamba can be replaced by Manga, while although Etheridge is Mr Consistent, I have confidence Murphy can step in and do a decent enough job.

Definitely Etheridge Morrison and Hoilett for me on current form.

If we have any chance of going up we need to keep these two fit.

3: Marko Grujic (I think he could be the 'missing link' that we've been missing this season in our midfield)

I would genuinely start them all as much as each other. Atleast as long as Zohore keeps playing like he has the past 2 weeks, and as long as Grujic continues to improve.

Ralls is close for first choice but I just believe we wouldn’t be any worse off if we played Damour or Gunnarsson ahead of him

Can't argue with any of this. I would have been tempted to include ether or both Bamba and Etheridge but you make a very good point in there being more than adequate back up in Manga and Murphy.
