Once again showing the fight that we have in us to come back from a goal down for the umpteenth time this season.

Laying a marker now to any team in this division that we are the ones to beat I believe.

Really don't think we'll lose many more games this season and maybe just maybe we are edging ever so close to a promotion winning or even champion winning season.

That's a bit of an optimistic thing though because the Newcastle side already had Premier League quality players at the club and made really good signings.

We're a Championship side edging ever so closer to promotion, and if anything what we should be aiming for is a position like Swansea last year, around the middle of the pack. As long as we survive by a couple of points (5-8 I hope) if we get promoted, that's fine by me!

As for us we got to 50 pts (took 28 games) on 31st jan last year

47pts after 24 games. reading only had 39pts, were in 5th place. They still went up as champions.

Readings first half of the season got them 36pts and the second half got them 53pts. Other teams could do this so let's not count those chickens just yet.

Sorry for talking to myself but Wolves had 56pts after 24 games, that's amazing. They went on to get 90pts so that was only another 34pts from 22 games.

Fear the poor second half of a season.

Think also another important stat is that last season we achieved 19 wins throughout the entire season whilst this campaign we have already sixteen wins with another 22 games left to play this has to be very heartening.
