Interesting theory Annis and I agree but from a different angle. I'd rather go into the second leg away and looking to hold onto a lead than playing at home and needing to overturn a deficit!

Agree with you Annis. We were up against Stoke and didn't know what to do. I would much prefer home first then go away putting pressure on the team we playing against to do something. Unfortunately I think we have 4th sewn up so will be away first.

Surely the team finishing higher should get a choice?

I've just re-read what I put and I don't make any sense!

What I meant to say was I agree with what you're saying because I would rather go into the second leg away and look to hold onto a draw than go into the second leg at home needing to overturn a result.

There, that's more clear. Apologies for any confusion there lads! :D

That mistake has now got me paranoid and wondering how many written and verbal f**k ups I've made without people pointing them out! If I've offended anyone today, I apologise, my mind hasn't woken up with me this morning! :D

I am going to buck the trend and say away first with the plan of not losing.

Then back home and knowing exactly what you got to do in front of our home support. :ayatollah:

Considering we only gained 1 point from 9 against the other teams away from home and 7 from 9 for the home games, I know what I'd prefer.

I'll only be able to make a 12:45 game though, pah.

I don't think I could handle losing a playoff semi final at home in the second leg though. I actually think my heart would die.

Are these dates and matches confirmed Annis?? If so 4th or 5th would be brilliant for me 2nd leg :D as I will be in Hamburg for the Europa Cup Final on the 12th May :D :D :D
