Very knowledgeable and knows what he is talking about. But his man management skills are quite poor.

He's talked very positively about us during our Sky games, so I wouldn't rule it out. Whether we'd approach him is another matter.
His football knowledge is incredible though - I could listen to the guy talk football for hours. Certainly wouldn't be a bad appointment if we got him, but I'd say the chances of that happening are slim.

Even if hes been out of managment for 8 years or so?
Theres definitely worse people out there, but surely we`d need a manager in the game right now?
