I thought Pulis was fuming because Campbell did a u-turn after Leicester increased his terms?

Palace fan here
Underwhelmed to be honest, bargain price so maybe a good squad player.

When Campbell first signed for Cardiff, I wrote an article in the local paper saying I was underwhelmed and got slated by a section of our fans.
He is a hard worker but not a natural finisher.

You're going to be pleasently surprised. I'm gutted we've lost him. In a hard working Tony Pulis team where he doesn't have to do the work of other players (last season he tracked back to clear from the edge of his own box, then ran the length of the pitch past a stationary Zaha to chase his own clearance), Campbell will be the best bit of business you will do all summer.
Campbell can finish, it's just with us, he had to run himself into the ground and create his own chances. In a team where Campbell can concentrate more on what should be his sole job, playing as a striker, I think he will get double figures for you, plus contribute massively to the team.

Sad to see him leave. He would been first choice had he stayed imo.

We can't complain, he worked his hardest every game and for that we should wish him well with his career. Be interesting to see if he improves and scores more goals in a Tony Pulis team

Another high earner off the wage bill, wages didn't reflect the ability. Cheerio Fraizer, thanks for pushing us across the line

fabulous goals v Man City courtesy of Whitts corners, gorgeous goal against Man Utd thanks to Mutch's pass, a real beaut at Hull away last game of previous season put on a plate for him by Kim
There is a theme - he needs good service.
Thanks for everything Fraizer

Palace not even his second choice destination by the sound of it!
Honestly can't see him setting the world alight for Palace next season, but going to a club that includes Cameron Jerome among its strikers must make him feel like a world beater! LOL
For the record, i think Campbell would have done a good job for us in the championship and i wish him all the very best
Just a little surprised at his destination from us; although it appears there was little choice given that money was his biggest influence

Maybe we should offer to waive the measly fee if they take KJ as well.

if he puts the effort in for you that he did for us youll be well pleased...i agree with what others have said, we expected him to contribute all over the park so its a bit unfair to judge his goal return last season....
of the players who have left us,he is the one id have liked to keep the most........

He should pass the running around etc, fingers crossed they don't ask him to kick a football into the net

Embarrassing, dealing with a club part of the spy gate.
