Sean Morrison is now talking to the press...
How are you settling in?
"Two weeks today I signed. The first couple of days are the hardest and then becomes normal. We've had a couple of away trips so it’s been good.
"My initiation song was Mario - Let me love you. It did go down well. Usually I do Enrique Iglesias - Hero but I switched it up this time."

Targets for the season...
"Our ambition should be promotion.
"This division is a lot better than last year but I didn’t realise how good squad was coming here.
"With the depth of squad, players competing for every position and wanting to show what they can do."
Fri Aug 29, 2014 8:58 am
The Wolves game...
"I don't think the performance against Wolves was a blip, the result was. I don't think it would have been unfair on Wolves if we'd won.
"Marshy didn't have a save to make.
"Huds put his hands up, drew a line under it and that’s it. As soon as that result was finished it was forgotten about and about and we started preparing for next game."
Fri Aug 29, 2014 8:58 am
On Fulham and Ross McCormack...
"Fulham have young team but an experienced manager and it’s still early doors.
"The year I signed for Reading we were bottom then went on run.
"I've played against him (Ross McCormack) a couple of times. A team don’t pay that if he’s not a good player.
"We know he’s dead ball specialist and a great technician but he’s not the only player in their team."
Fri Aug 29, 2014 8:58 am
More on McCormack's £11 million price-tag...
"It’s a lot of money but I’m sure he’ll deal with it. I’m sure media will keep bringing it up if he’s not performing but I’m sure his class will show.
"You don’t expect another Championship team to pay that but they did and it’s up to Fulham.

OGS tinkering and the squad in general...
"I don’t think it would be right for me to fully comment on it. It’s Sat/Tues every week and an intense programme.
"If the Gaffer thinks it’s right, he’s the boss and we’re right behind him.
"There’s going to be competition wherever you are."
Fri Aug 29, 2014 8:59 am
On the prospect of travelling to Craven Cottage...
"It’s a hard place to go and they had good cup win.
"They are going to come out full steam ahead and we’ve got to be ready for it.
"We're just looking forward to it."
That concludes Sean Morrison's time with the press and we await Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

What can we gather from Morrison...
- He loves a bit of Mario and Enrique Iglesias
- The Bluebirds are targeting promotion
- Wolves performance wasn't a blip, the result was
- Craven Cottage will be a tough place to go

Solskjaer on the Fulham game...
"They’ve not had a great start but that’s football sometimes. They did well against Brentford so that might lift them, but we did well against Port Vale and some players impressed me.
"McCormack is excellent goalscorer and player. Their value is their prerogative. We know most things about Ross.
"You see so many times a former player scores a goal to beat his ex-team. But we’re in good form.
"It's our fifth away game from seven so far this season and we go there to improve on Wolves - we were good defensively but not good with ball."
Fri Aug 29, 2014 9:19 am
On Tuesday's game against Port Vale...
"They all did really well, even youngsters. They’ve shown me that I can count on them when I call on them."
Fri Aug 29, 2014 9:20 am
On Macheda...
"Kiko’s ready to start. He’s been desperate.
"He was supposed to be on bench against Wigan but I left him out and he was really, really disappointed with that."
Fri Aug 29, 2014 9:20 am
More from Solskjaer...
"Morrison played really well in his first game. He’s a long-term, possible captain of this club.
"He wants to learn, and he's a good lad. I’m very pleased with him but he should have scored against Wolves.
"We are on course and improving, I can see signs we are getting better as team.
"If we get something against Fulham it would be a good start, we would like to have 8/10 points now but if we get something from this game we will be happy."
Fri Aug 29, 2014 9:20 am
More to signings to come?
"I don’t expect it to be very busy on deadline day, no. But you never know.
"If I have a squad I have now, we are in good shape. It’s not about keeping them happy, it’s about keeping them on their toes.
"If I don’t lose anyone I won’t be worried about that. I could accept one or two going out but if it doesn’t happen, it doesn’t happen.
"If a very good player comes up, we might say yes."
Fri Aug 29, 2014 9:21 am
Solskjaer on his strikers...
"Guerra and Kiko play well together. Javi is a striker with class.
"He plays in his own time and plays well under pressure. He’ll prove a hard player for defenders in the Championship.
"There’s worse tinkers than me.
"At Manchester United it was Coley and Yorkey and if the Gaffer decided to give them a rest, it was me and Teddy.
"We will work to develop those partnerships. They’ll all be playing together at some time."
Fri Aug 29, 2014 9:21 am
Leeds manager Dave Hockaday sacked after six games...
"It surprises you but it didn’t surprise us last week when he was reinstated so he might be there this morning, you don’t know.
"It's a results business. Continuity is key but you don’t always have time for continuity."
Fri Aug 29, 2014 9:21 am
Solskjaer on the injuries...
"Nooney is training and he looks good but won’t be in contention, he’ll be fine when we come back from internationals.
"Mats is back and big Ben will be six to eight weeks from now."
Fri Aug 29, 2014 9:22 am
Solskjaer concludes...
"Noone looks strong, all the scans and tests have been positive and mentally he is strong as well. Getting him back would be like signing a new £7m or £8m player.
"Mats had minor problem but he’s okay now."
Solskjaer also said that Gunnarsson is a doubt for the Fulham game.

Some interesting things for me I picked out
-Saying Noone is like having a 7 or 8 mil player come in was a bit interesting [the cynical party of me thinking he might have been giving a heads up for a few teams to know how much they would need to pay to get him?]
-"Morrison played really well in his first game. He’s a long-term, possible captain of this club."
-Add that to the note of him not minding if 1 or 2 players going out... [Cya later Hudson?]
What do you guys think of those two things I mentioned?
Am I just reading into nothing or do you think a few of the things said were a bit odd to say [this close to the window].

Pretty sure a couple will be gone either next few days, or when loan window opens.Hudson's days are clearly numbered but I can't see him going until we get another centre half.

Vegard Forren could move for Cardiff
TV2 have reason to believe that Forren is wanted in Cardiff and high up on Solskjaers wishlist.
"Molde is a selling club, and if the offer is good enough we will consider a sale, says Director Tarje Nordstrand Jacobsen"
"TV2s sources say the interest is the same as before, but time is running out"
