It would mean a lot if I could get some feedback on it, your thoughts, if it should be reworded etc. Obviously if you read it and feel like passing it along, Facebook, Twitter etc it would be very much appreciated. It has already been well shared around Twitter, but I'm hoping that it might get to the man himself OR (and I hope for this even more) inspire fans to take time to put pen to paper or fingers to keys and write a passionate but respectful letter to Tan.
We should be in blue, everybody knows this, but the shouting and swearing is going to get us nowhere, like a kid stood outside a sweet shop screaming I WANT IT NOW is most likely to get ignored... I reckon if we could get a few thousand fans to get in a polite but emphatic letter, we'd stand a little more of a chance. We just all need to pull together (easier said than done).
It's my opinion that one of the biggest things hurting us at the moment (ONE of) is the rift that the rebrand has caused between fans. We shouldn't be arguing among ourselves, we should be stood, united under one banner... only at the moment nobody can decide what colour that banner is...
I bow to you folks,as ever. Any constructive feedback would be great

I have No respect for those that went Red and even turned on those that stayed BLUE and are now saying they were always BLUE in the first place and some of them now dont even go as much now, pathetic.

I think it's important to show him that he can have that respect.
A lot of people were up in arms about his sacking of Malky... as it turns out it was (In my opinion) a decent reason to sack him. I'd have done the same thing.
I think the rebrading is the only thing standing in the way of 1 - Him getting respect and a little bit of fan love 2 - the fan rift
There were rumours he was saying we might go back to blue / have a compromise Barcelona style (which i think would be horrible) but only once we are back in the Premier League... I think we need to have it so that we CAN get into the premier league.

I can imagine the "Are you Palace in disguise" chants now![]()
The rebranding is a major issue that he is unlikely to back down over, regardless of his consideration of compromise. It must be a factor in form for the players to walk out onto the pitch on a saturday/tuesday wearing red to a sea of blue.
The letter, overall, is impressively worded, I agree with a majority of your points, but as always there will always be a difference of opinion.
However, goodluck with this, I will share it on my FB too

Thanks Snoop.
Can you imagine those chants if we actually got Pulis in as well??
I'm hopeful we can start a new wave of polite protest, in a way. One thing that Irks me is that so many people say they are passionate about this (I'm not saying that you're not) but when they go down to watch a game it's too much trouble to even just put on a blue pullover. I *always* wear my blue official shirt in the hope that one day, it might mean something...
Blue jumper though... surely every bluebird has a blue jumper somewhere...

I know. I doubt he'll actually see it. But that's why I've enlisted you folks to help spread the message if you can on twitter or facebook etc. Any little push we can give it and you never know, he might actually read it.
