Cardiff City's caretaker managers will lead the team out at Blackpool on Friday, but the pair have been taking advice from Russell Slade as they ready themselves to hand over the reins.
Russell Slade has held detailed conversations with Cardiff City caretakers Danny Gabbidon and Scott Young while he waits for the green-light to take over as manager.

The Bluebirds are hoping to get Russell Slade installed before the international break and officially announced.

Russell Slade will once again be travelling to Blackpool to advice the City duo.

So, Cardiff co-manager Danny Gabbidon will continue to manage City and next week he could be facing Bosnia after being called up for the Wales squad for next week's Euro 2016 double-header.

I'm not convinced that he is the answer with proven ex managers who are looking for emplyment. However, if he is to be our next manager, he'll have my support (providing we do well)
