" SURELY THIS WILL SUIT RUSSELL SLADE? "

Slade always says teams when they come to Cardiff either park the bus or just come and defend for a draw, which frustrates him and his team as they spend most of the time, trying to break teams down and that's why some of the games are not exciting and end up draws.

Well surely with Brighton going for automatic promotion they will be coming for three points and this will work in to Slades hands and suit him?

I can see an exciting game tomorrow with goals being scored by both teams, let's hope we score one more than Brighton.

We will be the ones ending up parking the bus  I don't think its all down to the opposition defence when we struggle to score I think we lack imagination the final 3rd and too predictable at times.

You're quite right in saying we struggle against teams who just come to defend.Brighton are not prolific scorers so I can't see many goals in this, in fact I would not be surprised to see another 0-0, although I have a sinking feeling they will nick it 1-0.

Brighton are a team looking for automatic promotion, they will come for the win and that should suit us at home :ayatollah:

Park the Bus Mr Slade? No chance as we want automatic promotion and we've never parked the bus even at Hull, okay we changed the system to counter react their forwards but we played 4-5-1 as we didn't want Hull to open up a 6 pt lead and also they're dangerous at home so a point is and disable their threat was in all a fantastic result. Kept us nicely tucked in behind them and biding out time.

If Mr Slade thinks we're parking the bus or two tomorrow then he needs a wake up call as it couldn't be thuther from the truth as we're after the full points just like we were after at QPR, Derby and Burnley. We didn't park the bus and went for it and we'll do the same tomorrow.

I'm looking forward to my return trip to Wales tomorrow and my yearly stay as really like Wales and the people.

Hope you enjoy the game as much as us .

I don't think he meant Brighton will park the bus, we do play better against teams that attack. i can see a Bluebird win tomorrow.

They are on a good run, have only conceded 3 goals in their last 5 games and must be fancying their chances considering our lack of goals or wins recently.
Would be so typical of us to win this against one of the better teams in the division after our recent disappointments. :bluescarf:

We struggle to break down the more defensively minded teams that come and park the bus but the better teams don't do that so we always tend to score goals against them as the games tend to be more open.

I think we could nick the 2-1.

We'll make the play offs but to gain promotion then we need 3 pts and all our away games we've set out for that goal but luck has deserted us on many occasions but luck is a two way thing and it evens itself out during the course of the season and we need to apply pressure on the teams around us because parking the bus hoping for a point will backfire.

Just a shame we both are desperate for the points as want Cardiff to reach the play offs. If we win then I'll not be gloating.
