Cardiff City now face Sheffield Wednesday away next Saturday at 3pm with only one thing on their mind - they must win! Anything less than three points and it's all over simple.

A City victory would leave them just one point behind their rivals heading into the final weekend,when City will be at home to Birmingham City.

If Cardiff draw against Birmingham and Sheffield Wednesday lose at Wolves then both teams would be level on 71 points. However, with Wednesday's goal difference currently +11 compared to Cardiff's, it is surely impossible to see that being overturned?
Cardiff City would have to hammer their rivals next weekend and hope Wolves do likewise on the final day.

I've never know a season where we have had so many chances to take advantage and constantly keep messing it up, but are are still in with a chance. I think we can do it and will end up sneaking in to 6th place on the last day
