' SERIOUSLY CAN HE DO BOTH ? ? ? '

Cardiff City want their new boss, Paul Trollope, to continue his coaching role with Wales and manage Cardiff City next season.
Trollope is already with the Welsh team and since virtually the day he was appointed Head Coach of Cardiff City,he has been away with the Welsh team for the Euros and will be for at least the next 3 weeks.

Cardiff City need to clear out a lot of players, but most important, they need quite a few new players and need to prepare for the 2016-217 season.

Then next season, Wales will have friendlies and will start their campaign for the next World Cup.

As Fans of Cardiff City, whats your opinion, can Paul Trollope be Cardiff City's full-time manager/Head coach and Welsh coach? ? ?

As mentioned on another post, he is not our manager. I get the feeling especially with the public statement from the powers that be that they have something up their sleeve here .someone waiting in the wings perhaps? Only thing that makes any sense here, as he can't do both jobs. :bluebird:

One thing is for sure Trollope will have enough on his plate trying to guide us to the play offs or autos so NO he can't give 100% to City if he is still involved with Wales. Time to choose, Paul. Teza

If any proof was needed that the people running our club are football inept this is it,to think Trollope can do both jobs is unbelievably stupid

Nobody knows yet all we can do is assume.. There might have been talks regarding a cover for him when he cant be with Wales which is hardly a week in week out job for him anyway.
But hey ho lets all say he will fail before he even gives it ago  :laughing6:

I'm more concerned with him doing the City job,,,let alone the Welsh jop as well. He's got a lot to prove at Championship level, & a lot of work on his plate. I hope he's got a big appetite!

It would have made more sense when the club had a lot of international players. When they were away the squad was depleted so you couldn't work on things for those weeks, but know with hardly any international players what happens ? The coach/manager dissapears, only at Cardiff City what a f*cking shambles the club has become.

No he can't!

Apart from anything else it will create a conflict of interests when teams are selected. There'll be pressure on him to push Cardiff players, especially as there are none in the present squad.

He has to choose surely!
