#fansembassies information Paris address and opening times of Voucher Exchange Point Paris for wales vouchers round 16 Saturday 25th June 2016

#fansembassies Information Last 16 Paris Saturday 25th June; Ticket news is still the same as a couple of months ago; Only those with the name on the Wales Vouchers that were handed out will be able to collect the tickets; However we have spoken to other fan embassies who have done many tournaments and they have informed us in special circumstances they have allowed other people to collect tickets E.g. Illness.
We can not confirm this it is what we are being told by other countries rather than UEFA. It is your risk to turn up with permission, and ID etc. to claim the tickets there is NO guarantee you will be able to exchange the voucher. The Fanzone is Paris is under the Eiffel Tower and is the best in France so if you are travelling on the chance you will get a ticket I recommend you watch the game from there. Any extra tickets will be put on sale through UEFA portal after Wednesday TBC. Those unofficial websites which are selling tickets make sure they are tickets and not vouchers from other fan associations E.g. like Russia who have been knocked out the vouchers are worthless even if you could swap them.
Sorry the information is sketchy at the moment will try and firm up again tomorrow when we get to Paris

What is a ‘voucher’?
Fans who buy conditional tickets for matches of their team in the knockout stage of UEFA EURO 2016 will receive vouchers instead of actual match tickets.
Validity of such vouchers depends on the performance of your team in the tournament. As soon as your team qualifies for the next round of the tournament your vouchers become valid and you will be able to exchange them for actual tickets in a Voucher Exchange Point in the respective host city where the match is played. Please note that only the applicant in person can receive the tickets in exchange for a voucher.
If your team is eliminated the remaining vouchers become invalid and you will receive a corresponding reimbursement after the end of the tournament to your credit card registered in your application.
Hopefully there is room for compromise but again they are not budging, maybe when we know our opponents they may allow some leeway in special cases????? We are still awaiting reply from them this morning
