' NOT LOOKING GOOD FOR CARDIFF CITY STAR AND TWO OTHER PLAYERS '

Cardiff City Star Anthony Pilkington went off on Saturday against Leeds United with a thigh injury.

Its not looking good and at this moment in time as Pilkington will be missing for next Saturday's away Championship League game at Rotherham United.

Cardiff City who have trimmed back their squad due to their financial problems are bottom of the Championship and already still without new signing Joe Bennet due to his injury he sustained at Aston Villa and Stuart O'keefe still only doing light training after his injury can not afford for their top scorer Pilkington to be missing.

Shame we can't get our second highest scorer on the pitch against Rotherham either. Doubt if Blackburn would allow it even if the transfer window was still open.

Should give Harris an opportunity and I would put john on the other side instead of Noone.

How come Brighton managed to get him. Only made one appearance at CCS and is already on course to be one of our top scorers this season. The way he took his only two chances puts our strikers to shame.

Immers instead of pilks and Harris instead of noone, thats the only changes we can make. O'Keefe I think is who we are really missing.

yeah hes not a striker and hes not got the pace to be a winger so what is he? other than someone we have tried to make into a striker? personally i think our best team would not have pilks in it although im not saying hes shit or anything i just dont think he has the qualities needed to play as a winger or striker and his injury will give someone like harris a chance as a winger

Funny how things change. This time last year I was one of many who didn't think O'Keefe was going to be good enough, but when he broke into the team just after Christmas he improved the whole team all of a sudden. Somehow he seems to make the side tick, and the more I think about it the more I realise I've underestimated his contribution, especially as we have been without him for 7 of our 8 league games. Anyone know when he might be back?

I would say to get games, but I see it as cost cutting as when we might need them we can't call them up.
