Well done to both Newcastle United and Brighton & Hove Albion 
I think the current teams in the play-off positions will remain there, with Monk's Leeds United missing out!
A tough call on who will get promoted put of the four teams left in there, although I would say Sheffield Wednesday are the best equipped overall followed by an impressive Fulham side
But, as we know all too well, the play-offs are notoriously unpredictable and it's 'on the day' that will count. I'm actually looking forward to watching what should be some intriguing and tight fixtures regardless of who ends up playing who
