Ticket enquiry for tonight

I bought 2 Tickets two weeks ago and I've just realised they only sent out ticket plus the receipt printed onto a ticket. Have anybody else ever had this problem and will the ticket office sort this out. It says I've paid for 2 Tickets on the recept.

take the receipt into the ticket office and they should print out the other ticket.
