" Promoted today/smallest club ever in the league "

Sun May 14, 2017 4:01 pm

Forest Green Rovers have been promoted to the EFL after a 3-1 win over Tranmere Rovers in the National League play-off final at Wembley Stadium.

Nailsworth, where they are based, will be the smallest town to ever host a Football League club. The population is less than 6,000 and Forest Green averaged 1,815 in their home games this season in their 5,000 capacity stadium.

Since that game I've always looked out for their results. Seems like a good set up. The veggie burgers were good but made me fart like a 650 Norton.

Absolutely brilliant, look what Bournemouth have done in the Premiership. It's great to see that having big crowds means nothing, long may this continue.
