Charlie Adam/Joe Ledley

Who would you prefer out of these two to be in the cardiff side next season? Both free agents..

I would take Adam, he's got something our centre midfielders currently lack, end product. A set piece specialist too, release Whitts and bring Adam in I say, he would be an upgrade. Adam has experience at a higher level and a 'grit' to his game. He wouldn't go missing in big games like Whitts.

I think back to when Newcastle walked the league with Alan Smith, Nicky Butt, Joey Barton and Danny Guthrie in their midfield. Experience, know how, leaders and winning characters. Adam definitely fits that category.

Agree, he'd be solid in this league but his wages will prob be very high?

Charlie Adam is the choice and it's a no brainier
Ledley is not good enough to play for Cardiff City
Firstly he can't see out a match
You would either have to bring him on as a sub or take him off after 55 minutes
I remember Charlie Adam playing against us in the play off final for Blackpool
He was the main reason we lost that match
He would be brilliant in the championship and is a great free kick specialist
We may be able to get him on £25,000 a week which would be worth it for what he would bring to the team
I don't want Hennessy either
He's not been the same since his bad injury when at Wolves
His ball catching his suspect aswell
Many times he catches and drops the ball which is a liability for me

I love whitts but Adam would be an upgrade because he can play DM with the technical ability to start the chain of play instead of hit and hoping of Gunnar,Halford or Bamba.

i love ledley but i think that adam would give us a bit more and as someone stated already ledley struggles to finish games where as adam has the bite and fitness levels to give an 8/10 every game for the slog of the championship, wouldnt give him 25k a week tho not at his age it would be another lambert gamble again
