Where is Simon Moore now

It was always going to be a tough ask to oust David Marshall from the starting Cardiff side, but that was the challenge that faced Simon Moore when he joined Cardiff from Brentford.

He failed to play a single minute for Cardiff and was sent out on loan to Bristol City for the latter half of the 2013-14 campaign.

Moore eventually made his Cardiff debut in a 2-1 League Cup win over Coventry and went on to play 15 times for the Bluebirds in his second season with the club.

He made his final appearance in the 1-0 League Cup loss to Severnside rivals Bristol Rovers in August before joining Sheffield United on a three-year deal.

Moore became the club's first choice goalkeeper, playing 45 times as the Blades secured the League One title to clinch promotion into the Championship, also being named in the PFA League One Team of the Year.
