It's an investment for his retirements he wants to come back to be near his family home when his playing days are over. Sometimes the right house or opportunity comes on the market and you just have to go for it!

No doubt one day he and Gareth Bale will be teeing up together at Whitchurch Golf Club (or some other prestigious local club) always assuming they don't get 'Black Balled' by some of the cantankerous older members for not being "of the right stock"
