Lee Tomlin speaks out to both sets of fans after making move from Bristol City to Cardiff City

Lee Tomlin has spoken out following his move from Bristol City to Cardiff City, and in doing so he has tried to cater for both sets of fans.
The move has proved controversial with some fans while others understand the decisions behind the move.
The midfielder, who moved from AFC Bournemouth to the Robins last summer, took to social media following the three-year deal being announced.

In an initial tweet he thanked City fans and said they were ‘amazing’ to him.
The tweet received mixed reaction, with some snake emojis being used by City fans in reference to the fact he has moved to their rivals across the Severn Bridge.
In a second tweet Tomlin said how much he was looking forward to starting at the Cardiff City Stadium.

The former Premier League man also posted a picture on Instagram of him holding his new Bluebird shirt.
Following the deal being confirmed Tomlin told Cardiff City’s official club website: I’m over the moon to be at Cardiff City – absolutely buzzing to be at the club and looking forward to getting started.
“I want to get back to the Premier League and I feel I can do that here. I know a lot of the lads here already which makes things even easier for me ahead of travelling down to Cornwall next week.”

Happy enough with this signing, but the shirt still looks dreadful!

I saw them at Bristol airport earlier in the week and they don't look so bad close up to be fair.
