West Ham are hoping to finalise a deal to sign Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart – and it could be announced at some point today, according to Sky sources.
He had a medical yesterday and it's understood the England goalkeeper would join initially on loan with the option of making the move permanent next summer.
