Membership cards

Does anyone know/or received there memberships cards yet? A couple of my mates ordered there's mid July but not got anything yet. Not that it really matters as they have the fan number etc.

If they had one last season then they need to use last season's cards, unless they ask the club for a new one - as with season tickets.

I was in the ticket office on Monday and asked about mine, they told me should receive them next week but they said that at beginning of July.

Fan number yes but if you go in the shop without the card they will not put it on your City Cash unless you have the card.....no joined up thinking between ticket office and shop on that one.
The shop did say they would do it once without card but I think that was only because the shop was empty.
