Are you able to pick your exact seats in the stadium through eticketing or do they just give you them in your preferred zone?

yes you are able to pick
there is an interacvtive seating plan , where you can choose each seat
bottom of canton there is a few left and corner end of ninian stand where there seems plenty of choice

Yeah but the interactive seating plan doesn't work in Google Chrome - Only Internet Explorer (at least for me anyway)

Use puffin web browser
That will work
Tap on seating plan and the puffin webrowser does the same as IE
