If I use a vpn then register how would you pay because your card be registered in uk

Just saying, maybe it depends on which country you choose in your VPN, in Canada, Australia and US you may have to pay in local currency(somehow) but if you choose places like China and Japan you may pay in pounds. I'm in China and I pay in pounds.
