One of my matez was chanting away....a very simple Chant!

Mendez, Mendez Laing, Mendez Mendez Mendez Laing. Mendez, Mendez Laing, Mendez Mendez Mendez Laing (despite it all being his surname its quite catchy! I think he bloomin well deserves a chant!

To the same chant as Warnock, sort em out, Warnock Warnock sort em out!

We were singing this at the Sheffield Utd game with Rowtledge as the ?

I'd seen it on here previously and thought it worked well

As with most of our chants, we had a few looks, but no one joined in

I was going to type Routledge, which worked when we sung this for Chris Burke because Burke was Routledge's replacement. I suppose we could still use Routledge as he's a jack?

When I read it, I wrongly assumed it was because Rowtledge is a jack so thanks for the explanation. I didn't even realise we sang it to Chris Burke as since 1999, I've only attended 2 or 3 games a season due to work commitments, with the exception of 2014-15, 2016-17 and 2017-18 seasons where I've had a season ticket. The season we were in the Premier League for example, I didn't see a single game due to working abroad.
