Hopefully nw will be around for a few seasons but what would people think if he moved up stairs to a director of football role in a few years and Kevin Blackwell took up the reigns. Personally I think it would be good to keep the work ethos that has been created.

I think this would be brilliant.
Develop a way of playing with consistency of promoting people from within. Liverpool had this approach back in the 7ps and 80s when they were at their prime.
As opposed to getting a new manager in who spends millions and wastes it each time.

Good idea, then promote Jepson to Blackwell's post, then Bellamy to Jepson's, then continue the succession plan?
