Somehow it is a goal-kick to Cardiff, not an #FFC corner.

Fulham fans are sensing a goal...

Their side are beginning to dominate and the Craven Cottage crowd is responding.

Can Cardiff hold out?

David Button does well to gather the cross from NML with @kzohore looming. (0-0)

Mendez-Laing touches the ball with his arm but no free-kick, he bursts down the right but Button saves his cross/shot #FFC

Cardiff being hemmed in, and hemmed in, and hemmed in. Fulham playing some lovely stuff...

That’s until Aron Gunnarsson gets a foot in and hammers it away towards Zohore. The Dane is feeding off scraps so far, though. Mendez-Laing counters but can’t find Zohore with his cross.

Fulham fans are getting a little irate by both Cardiff’s fouls and referee Tony Harrington’s refusal to penalise every bit of contact.

Perhaps the home supporters need to be mindful of the fact that every time a very lively Mendez-Laing has made a run towards goal, white shirts are trying to bring him down as he goes at full speed. Denis Odoi, playing at left-back, has been guilty a couple of times now and he was lucky to get away with an attempt at a body check as Cardiff tried to enjoy some football near the Fulham half for the first time in a while.

Neil Warnock certainly wasn’t happy with that decision. Getting a bit tetchy here.

Away goes Damour down the right, looking for Zohore but not finding him.

That’s been Cardiff’s problem so far today. They’ve not got the ball into Zohore’s feet.

Ralls takes a short free kick and Mendez-Laing beats his man... only to blaze wide (so wide it went for a throw-in) with his left foot.

Frustrating for Cardiff.

Agonisingly wide for Fulham after Mollo's free-kick #FULCAR

So close

Mollo puts the free kick inches wide of the post!

Most of Craven Cottage thought that was in.

Fulham's fancy football almost bearing fruit

Fulham ought to score after a Morrison mistake almost lets in Sessegnon again.

It’s squared but then fluffed by Fulham. It’s a cliche but they’re trying to walk the ball into the net at times. Bennett makes a huge challenge.

Cardiff hanging on a bit

Every time Cardiff clear, the ball is coming back.

They need an outlet on the counter attack, because there’s only so much Gunnarsson can do to thwart Fulham’s midfield. The half-time break cannot come soon enough for Warnock’s troops.

Excellent double save from @Neil38Etheridge to deny Johansen & Ayite. (0-0)

Double save!

Hit powerfully by Johansen from distance but saved by Etheridge... only as far as the onrushing Ayite whose near-post effort is also kept out by the gloveman.

Important double save just before half time.

Cisse down

For the second time in the half, Ibrahim Cisse is down and looking hurt.

He was checked by Hoilett but it seemed fairly innocuous. He’ll be fine.

Cardiff were living dangerously then.

They couldn’t get out of their own half where Fulham’s sharp passing and quick movement is keeping them on the back foot and having to react to clear troubles without much thought of how to trouble Fulham themselves.

The centre-backs are being caught for pace every time Fulham cut in from wide and Peltier is having real difficulty stopping the attacks down his flank. Having started looking the most comfortable and commanding, Cardiff will be happy to have got to the break at 0-0.
