"For those travelling To Preston bad accident southbound between j25 and j26 motorway shut. however it is affecting northbound due to it closing to allow an air ambulance to land."
"This has resulted in long tailbacks northbound. The motorway has now reopened but expect delays or take alternative route off at junction 21 M62 M61 then rejoin M6"

Traffic update cardiff fans travelling to Preston. M6 is fully open and flowing okay northbound at junction 25 to 26 my advice is to stay on M6 now side roads all clogged
