My View/Opinion
NEIL WARNOCK KEPT FAITH WITH HIS CARDIFF CITY TEAM TONIGHT AND WE TOOK A PASTING.
Calamity Etheridge for me tonight, cost us dearly.
I hate to say it,But We Deservedly lost tonight
Most of the team were very very poor tonight against a very ordinary Preston side.
City goalkeeper Etheridge looked sloppy tonight and Sol Bamba.
Scrappy first-half by both clubs, but Preston the better team and deservedly went in at half-time 1-0 up.
Second-halh City just got worse.

City: Etheridge, Peltier, Morrison, Bamba, Bennett, Gunnarsson, Damour, Ralls, Mendez-Laing, Hoilett, Zohore.
Subs Brian Murphy Jazz Richards Bruno Manga Craig Bryson Lee Tomlin Liam Feeney Danny Ward
Neil Warnock went with the same side that started the 1-1 draw with Fulham for Cardiff City's Championship clash away with Preston tonight.
"We are top of the league I say we are top of the league" echoed from the away end from 300 plus City fans
First 15mins Mendez-Laing very lively, made some telling runs, Zohore putting himself about
Aron Gunnarsson was booked early on.
in the 37th min Josh Harrop put a free-kick beyond Etheridge and into the back of the net from 25 yards out, keeper should of done better.
Sol Bamba was booked for protesting about the free-kick and Warnock warned.
Preston had a couple more chances.
Scrappy first-half by both clubs, but Preston the better team.
Neil Warnock will have had some strong words to say in the dressing room.
H/T Preston 1 Cardiff City 0
City came out strong for the first 3mins,then faded and for the next 15mins it was Preston in control again.
Etheridge looked sloppy tonight ,Bamba as well.
63rd min Lee Tomlin and Liam Feeney replaced Loic Damour and Junior Hoilett.
City needed this as Preston were in control.
But then in 70th min, Bamba mistake and Prestons Sean Maguire smashed the ball beyond Etheridge from close range. 2-0
In the 77th min what a nightmare Cardiff, Etheridge with another howler and Alan Browne shot from around 40 yards out and scored.
3-0
We Deservedly lost tonight, we were awful.
F/T Preston 3 Cardiff City 0
My man of the match but struggled to choose Joe Ralls
