Another Norwich Fan Tells about attacks from Sheff United

NORWICH FAN GKEN MURPHY:

Took my brother to his first away game, 14th or 15th birthday.
He was wearing a SHIRT, but that didn't stop one dickhead trying to swing at him for f**k all! When I fronted him, I was surrounded by loads on them (i was 17 or 18). walking back to sheff station in a police cordon, we walked behind a beer garden, we were pelted with bottles and loads of kids got cut up. Shaff united 'lads' seem to have a rep for having a pop at anyone, kid wearing a replica shirt or not

Seems like this happened ( if it happened at all) a long time ago as the bloke telling the story can't remember his age or that of his brother at the time it is supposed to have happened

To be honest Sheffield United are a bunch of wankers a few years ago we went up it was early in the season we drew nil nil after the game we where all getting on the coaches when one of there fans threw a brick atone of our coaches and put the window through there was a pub right by our coaches where the brick was thrown by a Sheffield United fan I'm sure annis Watsonthatcoachanyway we all piled of the coaches into the pub the Sheffield United fans scattered like rats our fans started chasing up side streets even the police where taken by surprise by the way our fans reacted so quickly .Couple times city have been up there and we always seem to have some kind of bother with them

I was there for that game, 2008 I think it was.

The bus I was on returned us home minus 2 windows.
