"How Our Club has changed"

Last weekend I spoke to an ex Cardiff City player who is now very close with our club :bluebird:

He told me that under Neil Warnock Cardiff City had changed drastically from there being No bigheads in the dressing room, to there being a togetherness and that attitudes had changed beyond belief amongst the playing staff towards our fans.
Before the players had no time for the fans and this had happened a lot in recent years.

Now even from the man of the match presentations players what to stay and talk to fans and are enjoying it.
They spend more time with fans when they are going in to the ground and have said how the atmosphere from our fans home and away has improved.

He also told me that this was a total contrast to the Dave Jones era and why he said that was because he was telling how bad the players attitudes were in them days and the biggest change had come under Neil Warnock.

Neil Warnock really does keep going through the warmth and welcoming he receives of football fans and Cardiff City will probably be his last club and that Warnock is determined to finish his career on a high and be remembered for it,he actually adores the Cardiff fans :bluebird: :bluebird:

Neil Warnock visitis the club shop and the ticket office staff and spends time with them, has always time for the laundry ladies to the cleaners at our club.

Players now even go in the club shop and buy stuff for their families instead of before sending staff.

Fans talk about a togetherness at Wales football, well its now happening at Cardiff City football club and whats happening behind the scenes following through on the pitch.

If we are going to go up to the Premier League in the near future, for me it will be this season, so fill the Cardiff City Stadium and be Neil warlocks 12th man :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :bluebird: :bluebird:

Cardiff City have 260,000 City fans registered :bluebird: :bluebird: :bluescarf: :bluescarf:

as you said, this comes from warnock. he clearly enjoys the community aspect of being a football manager (which rubs off on the players), and being wanted by a club and being left to manage without interference means alot to him.

there was a toxic atmosphere around the club with the rebrand, and warnock has benefitted from not being associated with that. put it this way, imagine slade mingling with fans when we were in red. he probably would have got abused for being a tan shill. thankfully, that embarrassing episode is firmly behind us, and the manager can concentrate purely on footballing matters - and not on childish backroom politics - a luxury those before him never had.

Very very true, but also Warnock has what none of them really had, passion for our club and passion for managing his team. For Warnock its not about wages for him, its about achieving success when so many others have failed before him at our club :thumbright: :thumbright: :bluebird: :bluebird:

Absolutely brilliant. :bluebird:

260,000 fans registered, surely we can get at least 25,000 per home game (can't we?) :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Warnock has often said there was a bad attitude in the changing rooms when he arrived.

Well done to him to him for sorting off field issues as well as on field :ayatollah:
