Saw on Twitter possibly around 70k there today so good on them. BBC reporting that thousands marching for Spanish unity but not a mention of the FLA peaceful march taking place 2 miles away from their HQ.

Also see that fat useless racist hypocrite pig Dianne Flabbott has put her piglike snout in denouncing it as a racist platform. She's built a career out of being racist and is part of the problem.

Labour’s shadow home secretary Diane Abbott and leading trade unionists have raised concerns about the Football Lads Alliance (FLA).

They are trying to keep this great march from the main media, a disgrace.

They have been impecable in their behaviour, so not news worthy.

I detest that Diane Abbott.

Football Lads Association march: Thousands gather in central London in anti-extremism protest

By CHLOE CHAPLAIN

The Evening Standard

Saturday 7th October 2017

Protest: Football fans gather at Park Lane at the start of an 'anti-extremist' march

Thousands of football fans have gathered on London's Park Lane in demonstration against "extremism".

Members of the anti-extremist group Football Lads Alliance (FLA) from across the country gathered in droves on the busy thoroughfare shortly before 1pm on Saturday, closing the five-lane carriageway to its usual throng of vehicles.

The swell of attendees formed a long channel of fans along the road, some wearing sports caps and carrying flowered wreaths in representation of their local clubs.

The protest, which FLA founder John Meighan said was arranged to demonstrate concern at the "recent upsurge" of UK terror attacks in the wake of the Manchester and London bombings, has been criticised by anti-racism charity Stand Up To Racism.

The charity claimed several speakers at a previous FLA march in June had ties to far-right organisations such as the English Defence League.

Shadow Home Secretary Diane Abbott was among those who added her name to a petition last week, expressing concern at alleged links to the groups.

But in his address to the crowd on Saturday, Mr Meighan insisted the crowd was made of "normal people" who wanted to unite against a common cause.

Annis - Whilst this march against Islamic Extemism is taking place, it looks like there may have been another Islamic Extremist terror attack a few miles away at the Natural History Museum involving a car driven at pedestrians according to multiple news sources.

The Uk/ Authorities should start taking some of the blame for this, they spent £millions on security for this match and spotters etc and nothing bad was ever going to happen.

If it does it will be supporters of extremists winding the marchers up.

Man arrested after car mounts pavement outside London museum, hitting passers-by

Man held outside Natural History Museum after car ploughs into musuem

Patrick Sawer, senior reporter Nicola Harley

7 OCTOBER 2017 •

A man has been arrested after a car mounted the pavement outside the Natural History Museum in London, hitting a number of people. It is understood the car mounted the pavement as visitors made their way to the museum, in west London.

A man was seen shortly after being held to the ground by security guards.

Photographs showed at least four police cars and a number of ambulances parked on Exhibition Road, outside the museum, as officers dealt with the incident.

Scotland Yard said in a statement: "Police were called at 1421 on Saturday, 7 October to reports of a collision in Exhibition Road, South Kensington.

"It is believed that a number of pedestrians have been injured. Officers are on scene, and the London Ambulance Service have been called.

"A man has been arrested at the scene. Enquiries to establish the circumstances and motive are underway. If you have any information about this incident, please call 101."

Reports suggested the black Toyota Prius which mounted the pavement was a licenced taxi cab.

Passers-by posted photographs of the driver of the car being held on the ground by security guards thought to be from the museum.

The incident follows a number of attacks in which vehicles have been used to target pedestrians.

In March this year Khalid Masood, drove a car into pedestrians on Westminster Bridge, killing four people and injuring more than 50 people before he was dead by an armed officer outside the Houses of Parliament.

The following month Islamist terrorists killed eight people and injured another 48 after using a van to drive into crowds at London Bridge before jumping out and stabbing customers in bars and restaurants.

It will be interesting to see what coverage this march gets in the mainstream British media, particularly Channel 4 and the BBC.

Absolutely nothing on the BBC about this.
It's this type of selective reporting that breeds mistrust.

It's actually quite sinister when publicly funded broadcasters like Channel4 and the BBC choose to ignore something on this scale, in the middle of London. The deamonisation of this group of ordinary people has already begun in the absurdly named Independent and Guardian. Think I'll attend the next one.

Re: ' FOOTBALL FANS TODAY UNITE & MARCH '

The only MSM coverage is from the Mail and Independent. The Mail's piece is OK. But the Independent unsurprisingly just tries to subvert it to appeal to their diminishing audience - and they still probably wonder why nobody buys their stuff, utter left wing garbage. BBC news has lost a lot of credibility as folks of all generations can plainly see purposeful gaps in coverage such as this and go social to discuss it.

This was a huge peaceful march by people who want action in removing and stopping Islamic terrorism on our streets. There are 23,000 potential threats living here who want to kill us. The press should be focussing on a campaign to immediately deal with that problem and the crisis point that mass immigration has caused.

Good on all that went yesterday and I also think I'll attend the next event.

I'm proud to say I went to the march yesterday.
It is the first time I have been to anything like that. I have never been on a march of any kind before.
I saw the video from the first march and was struck at how dignified and respectful the whole thing was.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AYHuKE4kEDA

Having been in and around Bristol when the far Left are out (we have plenty of those in Bristol), I would say they are the ones who are the most violent and intolerant and not open to debate.

I went because I had to. I didn't want to have to leave my family and go on a march in London.
After the London Bridge attacks, Theresa May said "enough is enough"....but what action has been taken?
Nothing! We just wait for the next attacks. Changing FB statuses or lighting candles is well meaning but achieves nothing.
I'm not naive enough to think me walking down a street in London will change anything, but the more people protest, the more pressure will build on our leaders.
Pressure to actually do something.
We have over 400 returned IS fighters back in the UK.
We have hate preachers in mosques, schools, universities and prisons poisining people's minds
We have segregated communities and are becoming a more and more divided country - maybe this is because some people don't want to integrate, but that needs to be addressed or we are storing up problems for the future.

We have all of these problems but if you say so, then people like Diane Abbot brand you a racist. I would suggest organisations such as Stand Up To Racism actually look at anti semitism within the Labour party before having a pop at hard working people who are genuinely concerned about this country's future.

Yesterday there were people from all over - I chatted to a group of young lads who had travelled all the way from Lancaster. There was a big turn out from both sides of the Bristol divide and I'm glad to say that everything passed off well.
This is bigger than football rivalries. The country's future is at stake, but it may already be too late and for that I blame our 'liberal' media and leaders, the type of people who think casting a vote for Brexit is a hate crime, when they are the biggest bigots of all.

ps hands off Bodin, and hope to see some of you at the next march

As a Veteran I was not to sure how to take this alliance and its motives but 50-70k turning up is pretty damning and I believe that it will get bigger. Unfortunately Diane Abbott will get more coverage than the march... Watch this space for the undemocratic overthrowing of a tory government by those EU idiots and Labour turning the UK into snowflake land again. :bluebird:
