Simply going on what we witnessed from Neymar it would be hard for him to prove to a court that he was 'loyal' to that contract as he did everything he could to manufacture a move to PSG.

i dont disagree that Neymar represents a lot of what is wrong.

No one knows the situation with the bonus. Barcelona are saying that the bid was deliberately held up to trigger the bonus and therefore negotiations had already gone ahead which is against the terms of his contract.
