It is as simple as this. We are always better and more effective when he plays. He would have been right in there tonight. He loves a dogfight and he leads by example. Brum won every 50/50. They wouldn't have with the Gunner in there. His teammates respect him and without doubt he is our true captain. If fit - he must start at Boro with Brayson and Damour.

And now he's injured himself foolishly tripping a Birmingham player off the ball. Absolutely idiotic!
