What position did he play ?

Bit of a strange one.
Three centre halves. Hoilett occasionally left back
Peltier? I have absolutely no idea where he was meant to be playing.
Unfortunately I'm not sure Peltier knew either!

Osian Roberts said 5-4-1, with the wing backs (Bennett and Peltier) man marking the Boro wingers which meant they got dragged inside and Hoilett and NML spent a bit of time as the wing backs covering the original wing backs

Lesson learned perhaps.Exposed wingbacks was why Brum had so much success.

i heard that report too..said it looked very solid.but at the expense of being so threatening going forward..
im sure Warnock will contibue to tinker with Sol game to game.

I’d go Three centre halves two wing backs - could go 3 mid and two up top

I think when Patterson is ready to start we will go 3-5-2 with Peltier sacrificed at home but maybe 4-5-1 away.

The game started with Bamba in front of the center halves, but middlesborough tactics made Warnock change to a back three
