There was 1 game early last season in the premier league where the ref give 2 penalties for it and I thought it was finally going to be sorted out, but then that stopped and it’s gone back to the same

Last nights ref at Brighton initially gave corner even though ball never went out play the player fell on it and cought it 2ft from line! The fact it was actually a foul and penalty was missed by him and linesman but they did manage between them to give handball,!
