The Premier League have set a new record, after becoming the only league in history to have five teams through to the Champions League knockout phase.

Liverpool became the fifth English team to progress after winning 7-0 against Spartak Moscow at Anfield.

They join Chelsea, Manchester City, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur in the Last 16.

The draw for the knockout phase is made on Monday morning. Group winners will be drawn against group runners-up, although teams from the same country can not be drawn against each other.
