First up on the agenda is a bit of news on Middlesbrough Adam Forshaw - and it doesn’t make for good reading if you’re a Bluebirds fan.
It looks like Leeds have hijacked a bid by Cardiff and secured the services of the midfielder at the 11th hour, with Forshaw set to have a medical in Yorkshire today.
Neil Warnock had been keen on Forshaw despite signing Marko Grujic yesterday afternoon but Forshaw seems to favour a move to Elland Road.

Leeds United are battling with Cardiff City for the signature of Middlesbrough midfielder Adam Forshaw.
Leeds want to strengthen their options in central midfield by bringing the 26-year-old to Elland Road but the club face strong competition from Cardiff manager Neil Warnock who is pushing to finalise a deal.
Cardiff have already indicated their willingness to meet Boro’s £2.5m valuation of Forshaw but Leeds are ready to match City’s offer and believe Forshaw favours a switch to West Yorkshire over a move to Wales.
United expressed their interest in Forshaw after losing Eunan O’Kane to a three-match ban following the Republic of Ireland international’s red card at Ipswich Town last weekend. O’Kane’s suspension has weakened Thomas Christiansen’s hand at a time when Ronaldo Vieira is already managing a knee injury and Kalvin Phillips is one yellow card away from a two-match ban. Forshaw, a former Everton trainee, is surplus to requirements at The Riverside and last played for Boro in a 2-0 win over Ipswich on December 9.
He has made over 100 appearances for the club since a move from Wigan Athletic three years ago and featured during their Championship promotion season in 2015-16. His contract with Boro runs to 2020. Cardiff are equally keen to bring Forshaw on board having put themselves in contention for automatic promotion to the Premier League during the first half of the term.
Warnock was aiming to open talks with the midfielder in the next 24 hours. Leeds, however, are working to beat Cardiff to for his signature and Forshaw’s arrival would clear a path for Mateusz Klich to move out of Elland Road on loan. Klich had been peripheral since joining United from FC Twente in a £1.5m deal last summer and the Poland international is attracting interest from abroad.
