today at the ticket office

Yes . I know . Its sad
Iwas . First in the queue at 745am
By 755am there was . About 25behind . Me
Wayne nash turned . Up at 8 am
And gave us our number in the queue and took us inside to the conference room gave . Us all tea or coffee and biscuits
At850am he took us down to the ticket office in our number order and ensured we were dealt with first
Well done wayne I know you come in for some stick
So in the case you were brilliant today

Sorry but it is a shambles. Don,t know where all this queue number nonsense comes from you just queue.
It took me 2.5 hours to get my ticket and i was there at 9.0am.

The problem with the wait was quite evident once you got into the office ,nearly everyone is asking about where can they buy seats with the extra ticket allocation, or trying to move to be by someone. Its taking forever.

My view is that STH ( i have one) should not be given an extra ticket. At the moment STH are in affect queuing for other peoples ticket . Let them queue and buy their own.

If the extra ticket option was not allowed then the ticket system would have remained normal and most of the issues about assigning kids in particular would have been avoided.

Secondly if it is deemed right and proper that STH get extra ticket then that should been given on a "get where your given" basis.It would cut out all the time wasting of people trying to move around, who really cares at the end of the day where those people sit ,there not regulars they should be glad they got an easy ticket. If they want a specific seat let them buy one when season ticket holders have taken up their reserve seat.

By doing this the ticket office would not be overun by so many people.

I had the option to take an extra two with my two season tickets but I didnt as I have no friends :D

In this day and age you should not be queuing for a ticket full stop.

I dont understand why people do not purchase on line, 8am wednesday purchased mine quite easily.
Never had a problem purchasing season tickets,cup games and friendlies.
