Today's Team and Formation

For most of the season we have pretty much been able to guess the bulk of the team before it was announced
4-5-1 with 8/9 players virtually picking themselves
Today I don't really have a clue what team or formation we will use
Etheridge, Morrison, Ralls and Holliett I would say are the only 4 definite starters and I would say if 10 people were to pick their starting 11 they would probably all be different...
Is it a good or bad thing to have so much choice to chop and change the team???
