6 points is a must for us

We could be level with Wolves next week.

Or third or fourth and then we can definitely forget about second. :thumbright:

I cant see any of the teams in that list getting 6 points from the fixtures other than us.
And i tried to look at it as a neutral. This week may well decide automatic places if the results gona certain way

We have so obviously got the easiest fixtures.........

...... and that is what worries me.

Plus Fulhams's run in from now to the end of the season is a walk in the park.

Won’t be shocked if Derby finish outside top six.

Certainly think positions below us won't be same at end of these games but suspect top 2 will stay same if points difference changing, It's those below will see change mostly with city benefiting :occasion5:

I take it your thinking about the final 6 there mate ?
As can’t see us turning around a goal difference of 8 in two matches.

As I said that is a very easy run in. With just mid table mediocrity to deal with.

They even only get Brum and Sunderland at a time when they will be down or safe.

On paper, Fulham's hardest fixtures are behind them and they've done incredibly well in beating Wolves, Villa and Derby and drawing away at Bristol. However, some of their remaining matches are not as easy as one might think; Preston, Norwich and Millwall away and Brentford at home could prove difficult opposition and depending which Leeds turn up at the Cottage, that result could be a surprise. Also, who expected Sunderland to come back from 3-0 down to draw at Bristol City a couple of weeks back? As ever, the Championship can't be taken for granted.

It's a prediction, no one knows for certain which is why the thread exists.

Let's hope they are both fighting for their lives when they play Fulham.

Or they might be still in with a chance of staying up and needing three points. Option three.

This.

Who'd have thought we'd lose to Bolton (at their worst) Birmingham or QPR. All very much at the bottom. These are the teams we struggle against.

I understand it’s a prediction thread but you seemed very clear they would be safe or down. Phrasing it something like Brum or Sunderland might be down or safe so will have nothing to play for.

I apologise for engaging with someone who is obviously far more superior than myself :laughing5:

I already acknowledged your option 3 was valid in the post above.

Stating the obvious here but we could do with Sheffield United and PNE beating Fulham and Wolves drawing or beating Villa. We need to be focussed this week with both Barnsley and Birmingham being potential banana skins if we take them lightly :bluescarf:

If we average 2 points game, the equivalent of winning our home and drawing our away games than they can do no worse than drawing 2 of their remaining games. Its a tall order 24 points from the remaining 12 games but if we get it I'm sure it will be enough.

Its time for the old cliché " One game at a time " . We must win Tuesday.
