I'm gonna go Patterson. Our best central-right-left-defensive attacking-midfielder. Serious what position does the guy play?!

How can it not be Bamba with that goal.
Etheridge and Zohore also excellent tonight. Great all round team performance.

Bamba followed by Hoilett & Zohore whilst Bennett has shone the past few games

They all put a shift in again but Bamba brought us back into it with a great goal. I love to see the way he celebrates with everybody, his enthusiasm is infectious

Paterson just edged Morrison, Zohore and Bamba for me. Did not stop running.
I thought everyone fought well. Tough game.

Bamba just seemed to win everything! Zohore, Paterson and Morrison also had excellent games. Damour kept busy too, doing the dirty work which often goes unappreciated!

Bamba by quite a distance, some of his challenges were unbelievable and goal saving challenges. thought Hoilett, Etheridge Morrison and Paterson were incredible and deserve a mention for how good they were.

Its staggering when you consider Warnock brought in a totally unproven, still injured Full back from the Scottish leagues and Callum Patterson is now firmly perhaps the heartbeat of our midfield.Brilliant again tonight but MOTM for me was the man mountain that is Mr Sol Bamba

Bamba, Zohore, Hoilet all class. But I've given it to Etheridge for 3/4 crucial stops!

Bamba. But the whole team immense. Too strong for Brentford. Kenny bullied and harried the CBs and pulled the FBs out of position. Pato brilliant again. He’s got to be the best NW signing yet given his serious knee injury. Jnr’s assist was Premier league quality. Come on City, let’s roll Derby over now, we can do this!

Barnett has really improved this season, always rated him as a good fullback who could get forward but defensively he is now solid.

I'm really surprised no one said Grujic, I thought he was absolute quality last night, bar his mistake for the goal. He was everywhere and conducted play brilliantly!

Teams must hate seeing Hoilet on the team sheet, a constant pain in the arse and at the end of the game hes back helping defence. But yea lots of great performances, good to see the hands go up in a game vs a tough team. Bodes well for Derby, Sheff and Wolves

Bamba awesome and clear MOTM, with Paterson 2nd, but I thought Zohore done really well, and done all the ugly things very well and battered their centre backs until he went off. Happy he got his goal as well for his confidence.
