Certainly not match official's as pitch perfect! Not police as busses running so rds ok!
Not council as they did their bit gritting rds ect! Ultimately derby have the decision as they've said staff cannot get it work you can be sure if they wanted game on they would have said game is ok

Derby asked,saying staff could not make it.

If it was Derby s decision alone then this must be investigated by the EFL. It could have an adverse effect on our chances of promotion and its cost thousands of us our time and money.
