Warnock should grab him for a five-game consultancy role, he knows the Championship inside out, may just spot something that Warnock and his team have missed, maybe because they are too close or too loyal?

He could sit in the stands and watch the game from above, just an extra pair of eyes and opinion for Warnock ?

They have served him well, but a fresh pair of eyes for the last few games might help?

It wouldn't have to be anything long term, I think they are mates if so Warnock will probably give him a call for a chat anyway !!!!
