Goal difference could count

Only two goals in it now, at this stage it can be like an extra point. Wins are the most important thing but we wcould really do with that goal difference being better than Fulham. They have a huge game against Millwall at the den Friday night. Place will be hostile.

If Fulham are to over take us we would have to lose at least 1 and them win 1 so thats a swing of another 2 goals as well. Actually it would be more than that as we are further ahead now. We would need a big win or them a big lose I'd think to go up on goal difference.

Difficult to see goal difference playing a part as combination of wins or draws for us to have same points are slim with games left.

Fulham win remaining 3and we get 2 wins and 2 draws (both realistic),then it’s down to goal difference!

the trouble is should we finish on equal points its far more likely GD will favour them.

Why do our fans asume that Fulham will win all 3 games? every account of what is needed as had Fulham winning all their games from about 10 games left to 3 left !!
