Firstly will we sign him ? His work rate is quality but is he good enough for the prem ?

Secondly of course it’s not going to happen but is there anything in the rules stating he can’t play for derby in the playoffs ? Imagine him playing and gaining 2 promotions

Decent squad player nothing else

Would he be someone to play every game week in week out? No but I would sign him if reasonably cheap as a squad player. He won't be a star but over a season he will come in very useful.

Ive never heard of a player return to a club from a loan and play for another just for the playoffs. I'd imagine the loan covers end after the playoffs. There wasn't any talk of us losing him if we finished 3rd.
